Solutions
for the other sectors
No matter in which sector you are active, we examine your selling method and local customs and together with you we elaborate a solution to modernise and streamline your processes.
The KOSMOS platform brings all functionalities of supply, sales and after-sales together in the cloud.
The online KOSMOS platform is adjusted to your specific situation and needs and can be entirely online or can be combined with an auction room or mobile sales system. Our project approach is aimed at finding out what you exactly need in order to gradually implement the solution in consultation with you.
Processing of the supply
- Processing of the own supply, either directly in KOSMOS, or indirectly by means of a tablet or industrial input terminal. Possibility of printing a supply ticket per lot
- Making product pictures or video recordings of the product
- Interfacing with ERP or back-office package
Organisation of the sale
- Building up of the catalogue (group small lots or not)
- Sale of your products via one or several auction clocks
- Selection of the selling principle per catalogue: falling clock, rising clock, a combination of both, or rising bid
- Virtual or local sale in auction room, via Moby-Clock or variant
- Possibility of printing the transaction tickets with optional indication of the buyer location
- Real-time export of the transactions – after leaving the transaction buffer – to ERP or back-office package
After-sales processes
- Drawing up of reports and statistics based on the saved transaction data
- Export of reports to government or third parties
- Tracing of packaging materials or transport equipment via RFID technology. For example: a coffee bag of 50 kg, a bale of wool, a product packaging,…
Coffee, Nairobi Coffee Exchange, Kenya

Wool, British Wool, United Kingdom
The British wool producer organisation British Wool has been using an Aucxis electronic sales system for almost 20 years. The system was implemented in 2003 to replace the traditional shout auction and was further modernised in 2014. The sales process consists of 2 phases: a real-time sale by rising bid, followed by a negotiation phase between auction and buyer, resulting in a sales agreement. View the buyers in action on the British Wool website.
Coffee, Tunasco, Dubai
When establishing a brand-new coffee auction in Dubai, the company Tunasco decided to skip the classical step of a large physical auction room. With KOSMOS – Aucxis’ real-time auction system in the cloud – Tunasco focuses on the increasingly applied digital sale.
Coffee, Tanzania Coffee Board
Since 2002, the coffee at the Moshi auction has been sold via an Aucxis electronic auction system. The selling principle is a combination of falling price and rising bid. All relevant information on the supply, the bidding process and transactions is displayed on an auction panel.
