At the beginning of the 80s, Aucxis was a pioneer in the development of control systems for the long-term preservation of apples and pears. Auctions and fruit growers directly purchased these systems from us. Over the years, we have become a supplier of controllers and components to worldwide partners and dealers. Every year, an average of 75 preservation installations are equipped with an Aucxis’ ULO controller.

MYFRUIT PRESERVATION CONTROLLER | ULO/CA FRUIT PRESERVATION

A storage product is only assured of a good market price when it is stored in an optimal way in an ULO or CA cold store, preventing fruit ripening and maintaining the taste and quality.

Aucxis has developed an advanced ULO/CA controller for the MyFruit control system from our partner-storage expert Van Amerongen CA Technologie. This dynamic control system is a fully automatic “Advanced Control of Respiration” system, enabling the extra long preservation of apples, pears and soft fruit.

The MyFruit controller provides very user-friendly and advanced software which can be configured on a project basis. All logical processes, such as cooling, heating, defrosting, humidifying and dehumidifying, can be controlled in an optimal way. Also the air composition of every cold store is measured and adjusted depending on the product preserved, by means of processes like aerating, nitrogen injection, CO2 injection, CO2 scrubbing etc. The MyFruit controller is able to control a complete industrial cooling system.

MyProduct controller | Climate control

A derivative of the MyFruit controller is the MyProduct controller appropriate for controlling the climate of a large number of cold stores. This means: controlling the temperature by cooling and/or heating and controlling the relative humidity by dehumidifying or humidifying. Besides the cold store control, it is also possible to control an ammonia pump or a freox DX cooling system.
